I have seen very few construction operations which run as smoothly as your two crews did yesterday. Within minutes of pulling into the driveway, your crewmen had begun their work. While your crew chief met us at the door, someone else was marking the locations for the braces. Before he had completed marking all thirteen, the crewmen had begun digging the holes. They worked with a minimal disruption to the shrubbery and, much to my mother's satisfaction, helped trim back and replace several of the plants that had to be moved.
