Mount Valley's competitor's quote was almost double the price. When I decided to go with Mount Valley Foundation Repair Specialists, the competitor said they would meet the price. I don't have time for games. Mount Valley did a superior job with attention to detail and great service! I recommend them to all my friends.

Installed 11 Push Piles to Stabilize Home.
Helical piles (also called helical anchors, helical piers, screw piles, etc.) are not only useful in foundation repair, they can be used pre-construction to ensure a stable foundation. Unlike "push" piers, pre-construction helical piers are torque-driven, which does not require the resistance weight of an existing structure. Once driven to the target capacity, a pile cap is installed, giving a flat, solid surface upon which a footing or slab may be poured.
