I was extremely impressed with Mount Valley... absolutely amazed that you were able to gain full recovery on the chimney. As a single female, I am always afraid of being taken advantage of, but Mount Valley performed the repair for much less than I anticipated. I would be delighted to tell others about the service I received.

Installed 2 Push Piles to stabilize chimney

Slab Settlement

A sinking concrete slab can be a serious foundation problemIf a home is built on a monolithic slab, it's especially important to watch for signs of settlement on both the exterior and interior of the home.  Slab settlement may be evident by any of the other signs of foundation failure.  But it may also become evident if you begin to see cracks in tile, uneven places in your flooring, separation or movement along baseboards, or cracks in sheetrock.

Slab Stabilization

Foundation slab brackets fix foundation problemsIf movement of your slab necessitates interior underpinning, Mount Valley Foundation Services will utilize the strength of steel piers to underpin your slab foundation.  Unfortunately, many homeowners choose to ignore the problem or make small cosmetic repairs like filling cracks, re-tiling floors, or replacing baseboards.  The problem will likely recur very quickly, causing the same repairs to be done again and again.  Stabilizing your slab with helical piers fixes the problem and not just the symptoms.
