Installed 2 Push Piles to stabilize portion of load-bearing wall

Slab Stabilization

Monolithic concrete slabs present a special challenge when they begin to settle.  Most of the slab is not accessable from outside the structure, so the problems must be addressed from the interior.  Luckily, steel piers can still be installed from inside a home or structure.  Usually this type of repair is more invasive than repair from the exterior.  However, the damage that can be done to interior flooring, walls, etc. can also be far more extensive if the problem is not addressed.
